Returns

All sales are final. Items are 1/1, custom designed, and every detail or distressing is on purpose. Some materials are more delicate than others and are to be handled with care and no returns or refunds will be offered due to the intent of the design. 

 

Communication to request Return For Damaged Items Only 

If item is truly damaged (from shipping or weather damage once delivered to you), an amicable decision will be made to either return item for store credit or to be fixed/repaired and shipped back to you. 

1. Email jwls@jwlscustoms.com referencing your Order # and the reason for your return, and our return address will be sent along with any proceeding steps.

Please note that you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
